Since you are not getting any spark from the coil to dist wire and you have power going into the coil and the dist signal is functioning It gives every indication of the coil being defective.
This should, however, have no effect on the fuel system to keep it from functioning unless you have more than one problem.
I would start with another coil.

When looking at the self test connector , the lowest hole/slot on the right hand side when grounded will close the fuel pump relay and run the pump.(There are three on the top and four on the bottom)
If the fuel pump runs , that would confirm the relay is OK and the wiring from the relay to the pump is OK and the pump runs.
If you don't get that result let me know.

On your vehicle it should be located on the passenger side fender apron near the starter solenoid. It may be tucked in a black plastic holder that may say diagnostic or test connector.
If it is still in the plastic holder it will also have a small plug and wire tucked in the holder too.
How did you determine that you lost all power to the coil?

The ign switch sends power to the relays and computer. If the engine will crank and you have no power to the coil you might want to check that ign switch that is located on the steering column under the dash.
