Default ecm question

I am dealing with 2 cylinders 2 and 3 not firing on a 1989 ford e350 with a 460. Both jugs have excellent compression. I used a noid light and had a no light condition on 2 and 3
So I tested for continuity at the block where it plugs into the ecm and the non red wire at the injector I had continuity for no 3 is 2nd row 1 and 2 from right. cyl 2 is top row 2nd from right and top row first pin to the left of the bolt hole. There is continuity there. So is it juice into the processor and firing sequence out. Yhanks for the knowledge in advance

Have you checked the resistance of the two injectors in question, one of them might be shorted and taking out the driver in the ECM.
