Electrical problems getting worse daily. HELP!
So I have a 2011 Ford E150. 4.6l V8. 150,000 miles. I've taken good care of her. However 3 weeks back. For some reason the rear passenger brake light wasn't going off regardless if van was on or not. Killed 2 batteries. So I've just been pulling the fuse and searching for the issue when I have had time. Fast forward to today and the front blinker light is on constantly now and when I pull the fuze the radio shuts off as well as the rear brake light. I'm worried about what might go next. If anyone could please help me and feel free to talk to me as if I am 11 cause I basically am. I would be so grateful. I've been working on this for more 2 weeks and I'm at my ropes end! Please let me know if you have any questions. I will try and be quick and consice in my answers. Thank you again!
okie dokie so been a couple weeks. i changed every bulb in the van. 100 percent of them. the problem still persisted, so like the genius i am (im a major dumbass) i daisy chained the right rear brake light to the left. cool problem went away. however now the blinkers are both bad. which i can live with if i have brake lights. i still have no radio. the fuse pops every time i put a new one in and i bought the wiring schematics for the van but again i am a dumb **** and i dont know how to read it to well. if i was having the issue with the brake light and i pulled fuse 6 out and it killed both rear lights does that mean the problem is before or after that fuse i.e. do i trace it back to the battery junction box or to the brake lights?
