I'm doing a delivery job with my Ford E 250 for 2 years. Started a couple months ago, my neck and my back extremely painful whenever I sit on it. It's getting worse and worse , especially after 4-5 hours driving. At the end of the day, I feel like dead. I go to chiropractor, physical therapy, re built the driver seat, replaced with after market seat, .... I did everything I can imagine related to my back and neck . But none of them worked. Don't know what's going on, because I before this van, I used to drive a Ford Transit for years, but never got any pain. And it never happened when I use any other car.
Please help to determine what should I upgrade or replace to reduce my grief.

Do you set on your wallet? I did and I started having the same issue a few years back. My Dr. said, move your wallet to your front pocket. Moved the wallet to my front pocket and issue went away. Been fine ever since.
