Default Vacuum leak in capless fuel neck - help

Hello:
I have a '10 Mercury Mariner (I know this is the ford site, but I figure there won't be any Mercury sites soon, so here I am), 4 cylinder, FWD...My check engine light has come on 4 or 5 times, and all previous times it's been a vacuum leak in the filler neck...They apparently replaced the whole assembly a few months back, but my check engine light is on...

Has anyone had similar issues? Any suggestions appreciated...Besides this I actually like the vehicle...

Thanks.

Are we sure the C/E lite on now is for the same problem? Best move would be to confirm by obtaining code(s) from computer in vehicle.
