Ford E350 Dies while driving. Unusual signs

Well after farting around with this problem on my '91 MH for almost a year, I found the problem. Faulty iginition coil and corroded terminal wire. Simple fix (once determined). Oh well, In addition to a new coil, I have a new ignition control module, new fuel filter, two new fuel pumps, new electrical grounds and some really "cool" forced air ducting into the dog house and awesome scars from doing all the work myself! Before next RV season, I will really get aggressive and change out the spark plugs & wires (LOL). even now the RV has heaps more power, smooth accel, runs quieter & cooler too. Oddly enough, no codes were ever stored. Glad to have finally identified the problem!!

MY 1993 E 350 DIED ONCE it was only a corroded coil wire too . The clip can break and the coil wire can not work if it pops off .
The ford dealer said my coil wire was the cheapest fix they have ever done $25 bill .
If it dont start and its not a coil wire i look at the small starter wire to be sure its not off or not making a conection .

I'd have to research location, I seem to remember it was on the passenger side near the firewall on the cabin side- but there's a reset function that is designed to shut the fuel pump down if the vehicle is overturned. A bump can affect it. A friend clued me into using that function with a security switch to keep someone from driving off with your rig. Hope this helps. Just picked up a 93 & getting oriented to where things are.

Oh no, I've had the same problem I have a 1990 Ford E350 7.5 liter 460. The engine was shutting off when I was coming to slowing down. We change the IAC valve. The idle air control valve and it wasn't stalling as much as it did, it only stalls once in awhile now. Somebody from Ford suggested for me to use seafoam which cleaned out the whole fuel system. So far everything has worked fine and I have not stalled yet.
Wow, I guess nobody had such weird problem that I am facing I guess. I drove another 150 miles, a total of 560 miles after this unknown problem happend two weeks ago. Again, car drives like new without any sign of problem, yet I am afraid this thing is going to show out of nowhere soon.
