I have changed out all sensors, replaced plugs, tested the spark In the wires, changed fuel regulator and filter. Had a new fuel pump at 100k has 200k on it now. I think I hear some rattling around inside the motor or valve over on the p side. I have missfirea on 4-6 which are on the driver's side.
I have replaced two fuel injectors but the others are original.
I can't figure this out. It sounds like something is broke but not sure it's just valves pinging from the missfirea. I have an ob2 scanner but I'm new at reading the live data. Any information regarding what I should see in live data or shouldnt see would be helpful. Any info at all would be great. Thank you in advance.

When did this problem first appear?
Was it there before you replaced all the parts or did it show up after ?
Ford did some sneakey things with some of the small "V" engines and that is why I need as much info as you can provide, thanks.
