My first post on this Forum. My name is Philippe, I live in France and I am a new happy owner of an old 1985 Ford E150 that I bought 2 months ago (you can see it on my album). After many years with old Harley I've decided to go further with the American vehicles and..this is it. (in fact now I can put my bikes inside the van which was the goal).
As this type of vehicle doesn't really exist in France it's very difficult for me to find some old or missed parts that I need. For example I would like to change all the rubber around the doors, or I also need this kind of door plastic handle (see picture). Is there any (or several) website where I can buy second hand parts that are no longer made or website which can provide parts replacements (like for the rubber) ? Also, even if the engine is only 40 000 miles I am already in troubles with gear or transmission and I would be more than happy to have the possibility to exchange with people who knows mechanic much more than I do. Thanks in advance for your help,
