I need to swap engines in my vans

I need to swap engines in my vans
I have a 1979 chateau club wagon with a V6 and I want to swap the V6 with a 302 out of an 85 half ton regular size van. The 85 has a carb so no efi stuff on it. Is this going to be an easy swap or impossible? Any suggestions on the roadblocks I'll run into?

May need special oil pan and pickup tube if crossmember is in the way. You'll have to change transmissions also in all likelyhood which also means change driveshafts (likely different length engine/trans. assemblies even if only an inch). Might need a new length or the other shifter arm for other trans. '85 might have a throttle body injection (injectors in a carb body). An actual carb. might not fit this intake in this casethe intake willneed changed. You'll need a new wiring harness or maybe just the ignition computer. V6 and V8 don't match right (although some 4 cylinder and V8 do). Might want to look to custom fit a V-8 radiator in before you begin (remove when putting in the motor etc. - of course) and your fuel pump will need to be changed to an inline electric one (goes right in the fuel line - usually closer to the tank - don't forget a pre-pump fuel filter).
