Default must pump brakes pedal 3 times to stop

I have to pump my brakes twice, then the pedal is off the floor and hard...and the brakes are great. But he pedal should not need to be pumped.
I have beld the brakes hydraulic system. So there should not be any air in the lines. But what is the solution? I want to press the pedal once and have the brakes function properly.

You may have a leak in the system. Does it loose fluid?

if no leaks adjust your back brakes. Get the back wheels off the ground and you want a little drag on the rear brakes

Agreed! First check for visible leaks, then check rear brakes for proper adjustment.
