Default New codes on my 2001 with a 4.2

Greetings, I have a 2001 E250 with a 4.2. The van has 225K miles but everything works (good). I recently noticed a little bit of a rough idle and couldn't understand why. In the last 500 miles I have replaced the coil, plugs MAF sensor, plug wires and air filter. I put my reader on it and it shows a 113 and a 102. The MAF is new, the filter and wires look good and I guess the sensor for the 113 in included with the MAF as I see no other sensor anywhere on the rubber tubes. I know something is up as it has a loss of power and actually hickups in OD. Any ideas? Thanks.

Above diagram (from 98 E150 4.2L) locate C156, it's IAT, same location for your 01 e250 4.2L (if available), don't know why I also can't locate it if I select 2001.
For P0113 find attached IAT_ECT.pdf below.
For P0102 MAF.pdf.
Below is the ECT's location. You remove only the electrical connector and use contact cleaner (use wire brush if needed) and clean both ends, then plug it back in, don't remove the ECT sensor itself.

Locate C129 (IAC), remove and clean using intake valve or throttle body cleaner. If too dirty, use brake/carb cleaner. You need to remove the residue from the old gasket and replace a new gasket like this: FEL-PRO 71216 or check AutoZone
IAC valve removal diagram below (skip step 3):

You didn't mention if you replaced the IAT, so just remove and use MAF cleaner to clean the sensing element, use contact cleaner to clean the electrical connector, don't buy new IAT yet.

The IAT sensor , is usually located in the intake system , sometimes in the air filter compartment.
Some models combined the MAF and IAT in one unit.

I'm sure now that's the case here, I looked at it some today and started it without the sensor connected and air cleaner parts off, it idols the same and I'm sure there are no vac leaks.

Ok, I ran a bottle of cat cleaner through it and still no change.
New clean sensor (that covers both air temp and flow), checked all wiring, cleaned new sensor, checked all vac lines (visually and with carb cleaner).
I still throw codes 102 and 113. ???

If heiko can provide a wiring diagram, we should be able to see where the power to those 2 sensors originates, and get some idea of where the wiring goes.

One sensor appears to get high input and the other low input. The one providing the high input may be affecting the one providing low input.
Do you have access to a multi or voltmeter ?

Yes I do.
The pin connector has power at the side that has 2 pins, red wire to that pin.

Until we get the wiring diagram, there usually is 5 volt power to each of the sensors.. Then there is a ground, and then an input to the PCM.

Do we have 5 volts at each of the sensors with the key on ? Yes/No

That 5 volt wire should be the same color for both sensors .
