Hello everyone, I'm Marc. I just joined up today. I also just purchased a 1987 Ford e-150 conversion van with 36000 miles. It has the 5.0 engine in it. I plan on doing a tune up on it next weekend and oil change. My question, 1 of probably many LOL. What weight of oil is correct for this vehicle? I assume 5w30 but I would like to be sure. I also plan on flushing the cooling system as well. How many gallons of 50/50 antifreeze do I need?
