Hello. I have a 2003 E150. Recently the driver's side radius arm failed under heavy breaking due to rust.
I am looking for input as to whether they can be 'upgraded' to F150 style arms and beams?
I'm looking for loaded beam and radius arm assemblies from rust free areas. Also upper spring seats.
Van is in decent condition and would like to get a few more years of service from it.
Poll options; fix it, scrap it, find a buyer, mount a hitch to it.
Thanks in advance!

Don't know where you are located or if there are any salvage yards around you. That is where I would start looking and you might be able to get everything you need for a low cost. There you could see the condition BEFORE purchase and adjust accordingly, if necessary.
There are many good vehicles in a salvage yard and some are in better condition compared to what is running on the road these days.
