I have a 2003 E150 that the cruise control does not work. I am the second owner. I have checked the fuses under the hood. Is there another fuse panel for this vehicle and where do I start to fix this issue.

 

A good place to start would be to try to read up a little to get some idea just how the system is supposed to work. It is not that complicated and you have taken the first step by checking the fuses. There is a series of steps that require some simple tools like a test lite/voltmeter. Once you have some idea how it is supposed to work you just start from a place that is easy to get to and go from there based on what you learned. Even the most experienced techs have to check from the beginning in order to get to the point where the problem lies.
