No heat & to cold for 8yr old son. Need help

I have 2000 e150 conversion van with front & rear controls & blowers. none of which work correctly. the fans wont blow but sometimes a lil air blows out but its always cold. it got real cold b4 i could track down prob & my son needs heat. this is my first ford & first fullsized van with dual systems and HAYNES MANUALS SUCK. need a lil help please. THANX

The car not blowing any air sounds like a bad blower motor that needs to be replaced.

The car only blowing cold air could be a few different things..
Why Don't I Have Any Heat?
