Default Noisy rear brakes on 99 E-150

I have been trying to track down an annoying rear end (brake possibly) noise in my 99 E 150. I have pulled both drums and see no issues with the shoes, cylinders or etc. Do not hear anything when everything is cold but when it is driven 5-10 miles you hear it when you stop in a parking lot.
I have tried to load a short video below to give an example of what it sounds like.
This truck is a one owner with approx: 150K, has the original brake booster and master cylinder.
I would appreciate any suggestions.

In the event that this video (avi) file is not viewable I would be glad to text this file to someone to view if they are willing.

Couldn't open it.

When you had the drums off , were there any circular grooves in either drum ?

Are you sure it is coming from the brake system ?

For ex: if suspension is loose/worn, applying the brakes might be causing movement due to loose/worn parts.
Is the noise louder on one side as compared to the other side ?

I did not notice any grooves in either drum.
not sure about the brake system exactly causing this, its just what it sounded like to me.
Using the brake pedal seems to not make any difference to this noise. It is at its loudest when pulling away from a stop after the truck has gotten warmed up.
not a grinding noise but more of a howl is best i can describe it.

BTW when I open the attachment it shoots a little window to the right top of my screen, when i click on that it will play.
thanks for trying to help!

Something you might check,

Look at and feel as you move the driveshaft with the rear wheels off the ground.
.Make sure front wheels cannot move when you do this.. Chock them !
U joints can make all kinds of squealing noise when dry and worn.
There should be no roughness or grinding
