Default Question about underbody rust

Hi All,
I am hoping to purchase a 2012 Ford E350 shuttle bus with 215k miles and wanted to get some input on what you all think about its state, especially the underbody. I am not remotely an expert in cars and cannot tell between what may be considered normal for underbody vs. potentially problematic in the near future. Would very much appreciate your help.

Thank you

To me , from the pix, it does not appear that bad.

Not knowing it's maintenance history, looks like it was maintained. What engine does it have in it?

The mileage would have a lot to do with it if no history is available.

Myself, I would replace them with equivalent grade while you can still get a socket on them. I don't think there is a safety issue but as long as you are fixing things up, I'd replace them and the dried up bushings. As long as your under there,
Check those u-joints for the presence of powdered rust. If they are ok, grease them if they have fittings, the slip yoke and the oil level in the differential.
