Default radio wiring diagram

I just bought a 2005 E250 and I'm trying to replace the radio but i cant find a good diagram. I found 2000_2001_f250_f350_radio_pinouts_revised_d4dcc6d6 72aaba515b339ada31787ff0c44023c0.png (1152×648) but that leaves me w/ a couple grounds "extra" and even when i connect all 3 i get no power.

Check my signature below.
Additionally your factory connector has how many pin (doesn't matter if it's blank), you have 16 as well?

Some things of which you should be aware,

Your vehicle has what is called a CAN network. The radio is one of the modules in the network and if it is not present or working network communication is interrupted and some functions will not work.
Make sure that radio is compatible with the network, check with a dealership before you open a can of worms.
