Default Rear Door leak

Have had an ongoing issue with leaking rear doors on a E250 04
to start to eliminate where it was coming in
I started at the top with the upper brake light
i siliconed the perimeter of the unit
this helped but did not cure it.
I suspect the door seals but they don’t look that bad.
1 additional problem is the leak (neglected by PO) rotted the floor and the bottom latch for the left door came off. The door is tight at the top but not as secure without the bottom held tight.
the floor is bad and the mat is holding everything from going through.
I need to fix the leak before I tackle the floor.
I did sit inside the van whilst it rained and can see water dripping from the top of the windows
abd the little inside light

Two things you might consider,
If you take a dollar bill and place it in different areas where the weatherstripping meets the metal and the door is closed... If the seal is good , you won't be able to pull the dollar bill out. If you can , the seal is not working there.

Not sure what may be on the roof, if you place the vehicle front facing downhill and pour water on the roof, does it still leak?

I probably will get shot down for this, but If "Flex-Seal" does what they claim, I would clean it up and see just how good it works/
What do you think?

I fixed a crack in a bathtub with Flexseal, it might work.

Thanks Hanky
no shooting from over here 😀
I used ‘thru the roof’ a contractors flexible roofing product which stays somewhat flexible
I bedded in the roof brake light and did that roof seem.. at over $70 for a replacement brake light I can live with having to pry out the old one if it needs to come out.
this has reduced the leaking but sitting inside the back when it rains I can see drips rolling down the back of the doors. Until the floor is repaired and I get the bottom door latch welded on I can’t make a decision on the door seals .. they’re probably ok once the door is held in it’s proper position

Hey y'all, I'm new here, don't shoot me!

I have a 1998 econoline van that leaks at the rear cargo doors. It seems to leak more on the passenger side. I am trying to find the weatherstripping for the body back there but can only find it for the doors. Does anyone know where I might find this weatherstripping and maybe the product number?

Glad to be here and I expect to learn a lot from y'all! Thanks
