Time to check all the connections supplying power and ground.
The fact that a jump start overcame the problem would suggest high resistance in either the power or ground side of the electrical system.
Start with the battery cables themselves and where they connect to the battery and vehicle.

How were the battery and alt checked ?

Poor connections have a way of driving people nuts ! They're OK one minute and poor the next minute.

Are you planning to do any of the work yourself or have it all done by an outside shop ?
The reason I ask is because there is a lengthy procedure to check everything and if you are considering doing the work yourself , I need to know what kind of equip you have to use.
