Default Spare tire wench system 2014 E-250

I am looking for a spare tire hoist system for my 2014 E-250. I bought this van recently from a municipality and they took the spare tire and wench system out to put in other equipment they had in van. Seems I can get the actual wench pretty inexpensively on eBay but it does not appear to come with plastic funnel guide and grommet that goes in-between funnel guide and wench. Looking for thoughts on wether I really need the funnel and grommet. Also looking for a wheel and tire for the spare. Lastly any opinions about buying the cheaper version of this on Ebay vs Ford dealer who wants 6 times more money for just the hoist, concern is the cheap one may just drop the spare tire when driving if not sturdy enough.

For folks who don't know , you can get some pretty good stuff from a salvage yard. Many times you will have to remove it yourself. What could be better than knowing how it came off so you can reinstall it properly.,it is not that complicated.

Because some people don't bother for whatever reason to rewind it up properly the cable it can get messed up and sometimes tangled so badly it can't be salvaged.
Worth looking into where you can probably do all this at your convenience..

Most salvage yards are connected to the nationwide network. So if this one doesn't have one, maybe another one near by will.
