Angry Strange problems 2005 e-350

So recently I started noticing a shutter when climbing a hill and it has gotten a lot worse. At first it was just a shutter now its got to where it will act like it shifted into neutral and the wrench and check gauges will light up then it will die and it does this as soon as its warmed up completely. It has 7 codes that are showing up. Oh and I replaced the MAF sensor recently thinking that might be the problem but that didn't help. The current codes are
P0113 Intake Air Temp Sensor 1? Circuit High
P0171 System Too Lean Bank 1
P0174 System Too Lean Bank 2
P0446 Evap Emission System Vent Control Circuit
P061B Internal Control Module Torque Calculation Performance
P2106 Throttle Actuator Control System Forced Limited Power
P2107 Throttle Actuator Control Module Processor

Now to say this it was only showing the 2 banks lean and that's what made me think it was the mass air flow sensor but that was the only 2 codes it showed prior to it dying the first time. Please help, I don't know what to do and its my only vehicle and I work out of town so I need to resolve this as fast as possible.

Low fuel pressure, blocked fuel filter or certain major vacuum leaks can cause lean codes affecting both banks. Leaks at the thottle body and brake booster can affect both banks. By connecting a scan tool capable of showing live data, you can monitor the sensor signals including the intale air temperature. I would also reset and then run another code scan to see which ones reappear. I believe you have marginally low fuel pressure.

Default Any updates?

My 05 e-350 is acting very similar, but with no codes. Did you make any progress fixing this? Mine will hesitate, buck and stall EVERY time in reverse if I give it gas. Idles ok though. In drive it hesitates and bucks occasionally under load, but again idles fine.

Replaced fuel filter, cleaned MAF, changed fuel cap. Any ideas?

We could speculate all day and replace a lot of good parts and still have the same problem.
Specialized tests need to be done to verify what is working right and what is not.
From some of the codes , I suspect there is insufficient voltage available to some components and possible ground problems that need to be checked out .
