Default trailer hitch harness... no power!

Can someone tell me if there are any fuses on my 97 e150 Holiday Van besides the ones under the dash and in the distributer box under the hood?
I am not getting juice going out to my trailer hitch. I've checked all fuses and they appear to be good. I've checked them with a test lighton both sides of each fuse.
FYI; the tail lights on the van work just fine (R-L turns and brakes).
I did replace the original harness due to corrosion with a standard 4 flat (yellow on yellow, green on green, brown on brown, and of course the white ground to ground)
thanks in advance.

No juice on ALL the terminals? Or, just on one. ALL could be a ground problem.

I now have blinkers, brakes, and now I have the power.
There was a bad ground connection under the van.
