What to check on 2008 E-350 XLT?

I'm looking at a 2008 E-350 XLT passenger. It will be a family vehicle. It's got 100k on it, and I am not familiar with Ford. I would really appreciate tips on common things to check on these vans.

If you can get some maintenance history on this vehicle, it can tell you and us a lot .
Good maintenance makes a big difference on the longevity of a lot of parts.

Agreed. Also, check the front end/suspension for sure.
