Default Windshield air leak

I had my windshield replaced at a national windshield company and when I picked it up there was awful wind noise when I got up to 45 mph and over. They replaced it 2 weeks later and the noise was worse. I put painter's tape over the top and sides of the windshield where the seal is around the edges and the noises stopped. They replaced it a third time and it is still making noise. They told me that it must be something else. I know it is not. There is a gap between the outer seal and the body of my van. I believe this is the issue. Has anyone ever had this and what could I use to try to seal that seal against the body?

I'd put the painter's tape back on, take it back to the shop, take the manager for a ride then take the tape off for the ride back to their shop and tell them you'll keep bringing it back until they do their work correctly!

I hope you didn't pay multiple times.
