Default ECU PCM -Did FORScan Brick my Edge? 3.5 V6 Completely Unresponsive (sans Sync) Stuck

2012 Ford Edge 3.5 V6 was having some sputtering/running issues after 100k and after running the codes I found it likely to be spark plugs/coils on my Dad's car. While doing research I found it recommended to replace the PCM as a specific problem can cause the same issues to repeat. i decided on FORScan Beta, v2.4.6 and was able to properly reflash and reprogram the PATS to a used/tested PCM that turned out to be from a 2013 with the DT4A-12A650-ARB but all research pointed to it being a viable option.

Both flash and PATS worked fine, but it still had a running issue, predominant only at idle or low RPM. I got an actual backfire pop at first even, and all symptoms were the exact smae as a Mass-Airflow Meter/AFM on similarODB2 v6's even though new codes pointed to missfire and I couldn't get anything to indicate MAF. it ran great on highway, like a banshee!

Ran DTC, nothing showed besides backup-cam and Hazard light which were known before, and I ran a MOD6 that I am looking for to post if it will help, but I can't find my logs. The only other thing I did was a Body Mod changing the SYNC screen to the newer Bronco one, worked fine, and I am almost certain it was while running anotherr MOD6 again when I opened the door. I have done this before and I also didn't notice any problems right away, when I came back the car was frozen, with nothing more than an instrument light seeming to work. I charged the battery and checked again but same deal, no door chime even and nothing works at all... besides the SYNC system. When I try to use forscan I actually can hear a VERY low hiss followed by quiet pop before it gives me error on connection??? I love music but need to get my Father transportation ASAP as he had a medical emergency and no extra vehicle.

The Edge was stuck in Park even and I had to find the emergency shift release.

Things I have tried since then are purchasing an identical ECU that is the same as my 2012, the BT4A,(same issue, can't even link with PCM to flash) checking connections, fuses and relays (swapping knowing working ones) but it won't even engage starter with jumper from relay terminals. Its like completely unresponsive no matter what I do. I realize I used the beta version as I had to reprogram, but I have spent days on this car and it's looking worthless at this point, I have a lot of anxiety that I ruined my Father's ride! Pleas help
