Ford Edge 2010 traction control light ON allthetime
The warning light for fraction control /sliding car/ on my Ford Edge 2010
came on and stayed on for a week.
Called Ford dealer ,they said that only the check - up will cost me $200.
Brought the car to local auto service / if you are in DC metro aria gas station on Randolf and Parkland in Rockville / ,for fraction of dealer prize they diagnosed a YAW sensor fault, YAW sensors is part of Stability Control Sensor Cluster,a unit # 3C187 located under RH rear /40%/ seat.
I removed the seat, disconnected and connected the unit / ignition OFF/,then started the car and the worning light did Not come ON,drove several miles looked Ok,I may fix the problem.
