I have a new 2013 Edge Sport. Can't seem to get the Remote Start to work. First time to the dealer was told that the function was not enabled in the software as it should have been. They demonstrated that it worked. Tried it numerous times later with no success. Took it back to the dealer and after some time they called me to the car delivery area. Both the teck. and service advisor demonstrated the feature and then I also operated the system. Left the dealer and have not been able to get it to work since leaving. Anyone have any ideas?
