My mom has an '03 escape, and the darn battery light comes on now and again. The whole vehicle only has like 40K on it. I checked the voltage @ the battery with my multimeter and i had like 14.3volts, so it appears to be charging. Battery light is somewhat intermittant - it'll be on for part of a trip, then off for most of the time, or if it feels like it, it'll be on all the time... but the lights, heater fan , etc don't seem to notice any drop in voltage.... What do we look for?
