Hello,

I have a 2001 Ford Focus ZX3, odometer is at 274,600km. Two months ago my alternator died and I got it replaced with a brand new one.
2 weeks ago, I had one of the calipers malfunctioning, so I replaced the calipers, breaks, disks on both of the front wheels.
Right after this, my battery light starting coming on. Not always on, not blinking, but instead when I drive for a longer period (3-4km) it comes on, when I start breaking most of the times it goes away. Sometimes, if I have driven for a longer periods of time, it will come on when I am waiting at a traffic light and I can hear the engine becoming quieter. When the battery light goes away, the engine starts being louder again.
I had the battery tested without any problems.
Does anyone have any idea where I should look next? I haven't looked at the alternator yet as it was recently replaced ...

A good thing to check would be all the ground connections from the battery on to all the sheet metal connections.
