Default 09 2.5 L PCV location?

Is this external engine or inside the crankcase vent oil separator?

I would think goes into intake manifold....but not seeing it

rockauto says this is PCV which to me looks like a standard external engine plug & play deal

More Information for AIRTEX/WELLS 6P1340

My Haynes book has you jumping chapters regarding the PCV but for the 09 2.5L does not say where exactly it is unless I understand it to be within the "crankcase vent oil separator"...and pics/diagram only show where that is on the v6 motor

There are two hoses coming off the air intake bellow and following either of those does not bring me to the PCV. Even the one that goes into the rear, DS, valve cover (where I would think it is). That is just a vent hose, no pcv

Given the pic in the rockauto link I posted is supposed to be the PCV for the 2.5L 2009 model year....not finding it

while I do turn a wrench and have built a few muscle cars over the years...this one eludes me. appreciate any help. TIA

Well Google was more helpful today as pervious search did not find a video on the pcv location/replacement

I would like the engineers to come over and replace the valve after seeing this video (although it is a earlier version of the 4 cyl engine prior to the 2009 year)

IDK if this is a scheduled maintenance issue but it certainly is way more involved than any other pcv replacement on any car/truck I have had.

If anyone has done what the diagram and video below to replace it, please respond. Apparently the PCV is attached to the "crankcase oil separator housing" which is accessible after removing the intake manifold (insert WTF here)
