Default 15 inch rims on 09 Escape 2.5L

I recently purchased a ford ranger 15 inch wheels with like new tires. Upon mounting the front wheels the calipers rub on the wheels. What other 15 inch rims/wheel specs do I need for me to use the 15inch tires. I am going this size due to the fact that I got the wheel/tires for a bargain. Anyone here runs on 15 inch wheels, if so what type are they?

I do not want to use spacers.

Thanks in advance.

I am 99% sure you will not be able to get 15 inch rims to work, the escapes came with 16 inch rims and even with those you have to use clip on wheel weights because there's not enough room for sticky wheel weights between the rim and the caliper.
Sorry.
