My Escape's moonroof has started making a clicking noise and will barely move when opening and/or closing. I have forced it into a closed position (I hope) until either I can fix it myself or take it in for repairs. My question is, does accessing the tracks and physically working on the moonroof require full or partial removal of the head liner? Can it be worked on in another way? I found tips and tricks to fix the moonroof on other sites, but none say how to get at it. Thanks.
