I have a 02 ford escape XLT. I recently bought an optx strobe controller from advanced with the blue strobe lights. on the install for the controller it states that i must install it to a fused 12v power source. Where would the best place to install this be, seeing as i dont want to blow the controller or any of the other components?

Also what would the best way to run the wires from the controller from the dash to the headlights?
