i have checked all fuses twice and there is still no change. The power windows, all turn signals, radio and interior lighting in dash and instrument clusters do not work. Has anyone had this problem?

 

I suspect the problem may be located within one of the networks and some special equip will be needed to pin down which one. May require dealer equip to find problem.

 

it’s the control board in the dash cluster that you must replace or send your dash cluster off they will repair the board and send it back to you in about two days easiest thing to do is to buy used cluster however your miles are recorded on the cluster. So it’s probably worth it to send off and wait 2-3 days.
