Default 2004 3.0 4WD headlights
Headlights come on but when I flip the switch for the bright lights nothing happens. The lights stay on and don’t flicker when I flip the switch and the bright light indicator on the dash doesn’t come on.

You could be looking at a signal lamp sw assy that usually requires steering wheel removal to gain access.
Check your owner's manual there may be a separate fuse for the high beams.
