You will need a new bracket, whatever is used to attach it to the door - rivet or bolt and nut, the screw that screws the door panel to the bracket, and whatever type of speed nut is used for that screw.

What I would do is go to a junk yard and pull the door panel off and take all the parts you need, it should not matter which side front door the parts come from.
Or you could go to the ford dealer parts department and they can look up and order the parts brand new.
Or you could take apart the pass door and try and make something your self from home depot that will work.
