I have a 2005 Escape 3.0L Automatic Transmission that is showing in D on the dash panel. I replaced the Neutral Safety Switch and still showing in D. I was able to find a pinout of the switch and only getting voltages while in N and P on pin 4 - Power, Hot in Start and pin 9 Voltage Supplied in Start. Should I have a voltage on pin 10 TRS to PCM? My thinking is if no voltage at pin 10 the PCM will not allow to start.

Please help direct me
