My daughter has a 2007 Escape. The tailgate window latch on the window, not the door, has come dislodged. Looks like it might have been glued in place? Does anyone have experience with this problem or can anyone offer a suggestion on how it can be repaired? She is home for the holidays and I would like to get it fixed before she goes back to school.
