The motor on my rear window wiper works fine but the wiper doesn't touch the window. How do I get the blade to touch the window when I turn it on?? I know I sound clueless. . . HELP!!!

 

You probably need to replace the arm that attaches to the motor. I had this exact same problem on my Explorer and the issue is the spring gets worn out.. Replacing the wiper blade will not work (as I'm sure you've experienced)..
