Default 2007 Rear Door Lock Problem

Hi all. I'm a newb here, looking for some advice regarding my wife's 2007 Escape 1.4L.

The problem is with the right rear door lock. The symptoms are:

A. The door will not lock. The key fob will lock and unlock the other 3 doors and rear gate, but the right rear remains unlocked at all times.

B. The door can be opened from the outside, but not from the inside. The inside latch handle will move but will not open the door.

C. Randomly the vehicle's alarm system will go off.

D. Randomly the instrument cluster's door-ajar indicator will light up and stay on, and just as randomly go off.

From what research I've been able to do it appears I need to replace the door lock actuator.

The usual online and local suppliers I use for parts appear to only carry lock actuators for the front doors, but not the rear.

Any recommendation for a supplier which sells the right rear actuator would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You're getting into specialty items now and they most of the time are only available from salvation yards or dealers.
