Hi, The Nav/Head unit on my 2009 Escape is stuck on "reading Hard Disk Drive" (aka Jukebox) on the media screen. I don't really use the Juke Box but this is preventing me from connecting to the phone via BT or USB even. I can't get to the setting menu to reset anything. I've searched the net for where the hard drive is but haven't found anything.

Any insight appreciated
