2009 Ford Escape - Radio CD Aux

2009 Ford Escape - Radio CD Aux

I left the headlight on a whole night. Once the battery drained and I charge it again the car radio does not recognizes any auxiliary (Aux) connected to the USB 2.0 port.

How can I solve this matter? Any ideas?
