Hello, Ford owners....just wanted to remind everybody that own a vehicle like mine mainly older vehicles when we were still able to change our own Transmission fluids....do it every 30, 000 miles as often as possible, don't wait....it's very easy just like your motor oil...if you want your vehicle to run it's best & last a long time....makes a huge difference!

Agree. Pan drops with a filter change is the way to go and avoid flush jobs. 30k for severe service. I go 40-50k because of the fluid improvements over the years and I don't do any towing..
