Our Ford Escape Limited will be 3 years old on Dec 31, 2012. The following is a list of problems since my wife has owned this Escape. Ford dealership where we purchased has always done all the work and services. Purchased extended warranty for 100,000 kms with 100.00 deductable.

Mileage: 75,000 kms.

1: driveside window replaced after window regulator failed and scratched glass.
2: water pump replacement. August 2012
3: lower control arms replaced on both sides Nov 2012
4: power transfer unit seal leaking on right hand side, going to dealership on Friday to be replaced. Dec 28, 2012
5: chrome peeling off front grill, still fighting with Ford Canada to have replaced. Escape was over 60,000 kms (therefore warranty will not repair or replace grill) when I noticed it while troubleshooting antifreezed leak at water pump. What has kms got to do with chrome falling off? August 2012
6: What's next to fail on this Ford???????????????

So disappointed in this Escape.
