2012 Escape Oil pan gasket replacement

Default 2012 Escape Oil pan gasket replacement
So I'm replacing the gasket, and upon removing the mounting bolts, there are these plastic things on them. Are these some sort of bolt retainer and where can I get more?

Not sure but they may prevent over torqueing of the pan bolts. I would believe new ones if required would come with the gasket as part of a kit. Can you reuse them?
