Do your other brake lights working?
Is there any noise when you try to use front washers?
What happens when you try to use rear washer?
Any other electrical issues?
Do you have and know how to use a voltmeter?

3rd brake light.
Remove the third brake light, check for continuity to ground on the black/gray wire. Check for voltage at C922 pin 5. Check for voltage at C2280B pin 40.

Front washers.
Check the two fuses circled in red. Check for voltage at C125 pin 5 & 8. While pushing the washer button check for continuity between C125 pin 9 and ground, and C202 pin 10 and ground. While your at it check continuity between C125 pins 3 & 6 to ground.
