Default 2013 Ford Escape sound speakers issues

Greetings. I'm experiencing a weird issue with my Escape sound speakers. The rear speakers seems not to produce any sound. If i select only rear speakers they works but very low. When I switch to both rear and front only the front speakers work. Any one had the same issue?

With or without a CD player?

Depending on your Audio unit, a 'speaker walk around test' for manual/listening levels and a diagnostic test will run on the unit to report any DTC's.

CD equipped.. Press/hold EJECT button and within 1 second press and hold SEEK UP button , walk around should initiate first prior to diagnostic.

Without CD.. 'Simultaneously' press and hold the steering wheel SEEK UP switch and the FCIM unit TUNE UP button.
After the walk around the audio unit will display a list of build/programming info. etc and other test promts depending on the unit, and if any, will display any stored codes..
