I have a 14 Escape and when my phone is connected via Bluetooth, Siri does not hear me about 90% of the time. This is very inconvenient as you can't use your phone hands-free. I even upgraded to Sync 3 and had to re-add my phone and it still does not work. I got a new phone, still not working. My husband has had issues for years with his iphone. Ford suggests I take the car into a dealer for diagnostics. I can't be the only one having this issue. I wish Ford would offer us an upgrade to Apple Car Play for a fee.
