Default 2016 MAP sensor chronically bad

In the last 7 months we’ve had check engine light on 6 times. Return to Ford dealer each time. Each time bad MAP sensor code. Last night after a wire overlay from map to pcm car ran 10 miles, had miss fire episode and stalled in the road.Towed back to dealership.Car has 50,160 miles. Ford won’t buy back although same problem reoccurring. We don’t know what to do next.

It is very important to know just what the code(s) were .
It is very unusual for that many sensors to be defective, but anything is possible.. Map sensors report vacuum or intake manifold pressure to the PCM. It does use wiring and electrical signals to do this. There could be a wiring, connection or other related problem in the MAP system , so it is not always the sensor itself.
Have you inquired of the service dept as to why the repeat performance ? Surely you deserve some logical/reasonable explanation..

There could also be an entirely different problem, we don't know this at this time.
